Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed will take 1-2 day business days to arrive in Spain (please visit our shipping policy). Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How do I purchase a Gift Card?

You can purchase a Digital Gift Card on our website or vis this link. The gift card code will be sent by email to the person gifted.

I’ve lost my Gift Card’s code

We suggest you keep and flag your Gift Card’s email, so you do not lose it over time. AOPUR cannot be held responsible for the loss or deletion of your Gift Card’s code.

Can I return a product purchased with a Gift Card?

If you return any product purchased with a Gift Card, the amount will be credited on a new Gift Card our Customer Service will issue for you.

How do I check my Gift card’s balance?

By clicking on the link included on the email, you will access your Gift Card’s private area, where you can check the remaining Gift Card’s balance.

Where and how can I redeem my Gift Card?

You can redeem the Gift Card code received by email during the checkout process on aopur.com

Gift cards can be used as many times as desired until the balance runs out. If you purchase goods in excess of the value of the Gift card, you can pay the extra amount using another payment method.

If you decide to return the item, the amount you paid via the Gift card will be credited to a new Gift card and not by any other means. The amount you paid using another payment method will be credited using that same payment method.

You can only use one gift card per purchase. However, you can combine it with a discount code and other payment methods offered at checkout.

Can the Gift Card be returned or exchanged?

Please note that the Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged, as it is a digital product.

Does the Gift Card expire?

The Gift Card has a 365-days lifetime, from the date it’s received by email.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, all payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe, two international online payment management operators that offer complete guarantees to ensure that transactions are carried out securely.

Why might my card have been rejected?

Your card may be rejected for the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Check that your card has not passed its expiry date.
  • You may have exceeded your card limit. Check with your bank that your card has not exceeded its limit for making purchases.
  • You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.

What payment methods can I use to place my order?

We accept the following payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay.
